I wonder why Lloyds would call us when we aren't their customers; there was no answer and no voicemail left, which makes me think the number has been cloned by scammers.
While still on a call with Lloyds, an unknown number rang stating a survey would follow within 15 minutes; I didn't answer because the caller ID was unfamiliar.
