Szakértői vélemény
The number +48081681615 has sparked quite a debate. Many users confirm it's Lloyds Bank, calling to conduct a feedback survey after a customer service interaction. However, some are wary, as the calls can be suspicious and repetitive. If you’ve recently spoken to Lloyds and agreed to a survey, it’s likely legitimate. But if you’ve never been a Lloyds customer or didn’t agree to a survey, it’s best to be cautious. Always verify the caller by contacting Lloyds directly through their official number. If you’re unsure, hang up and report the call to your bank or the police. Stay safe and don’t share any personal information until you’re certain of the caller’s identity.

Seems it was Lloyd’s, yet it shows up as spam, you know.
An automated voluntary survey from Lloyds, Bank of Scotland and Halifax called, but it would have been better if they hadn't rung while I was already on the line with them!
That was simply a Lloyds request for feedback following a call; although the number was unfamiliar at first, responding is optional and not essential.
After a 20‑minute call with Halifax about logging into my credit‑card account, the number popped up three times with a scam warning – it felt harassing and came too soon after I’d agreed to a survey. My card has been giving me grief for years; yesterday the password wouldn’t work, I reset it twice and now the account’s locked until a code arrives by post in five days. I was mid‑purchase when the card was declined, so I never knew if it went through. Now that the purchase is confirmed, I’m wondering if I’ve been charged multiple times because I tried three times. In short, the system’s rubbish – after 60 years with Lloyds I can’t fathom why the online banking is so terrible, mate.
I had previously consented to a Lloyds bank questionnaire during an earlier telephone conversation.
After finishing a bank call, another call rang straight away, leaving no time to answer—extremely irritating. If a bank wishes us to complete a survey, they should allow a reasonable pause to consider it.
They claimed to be calling about a job, yet I'm retired and haven't looked for work in years; they spoke so fast I couldn't catch a name.
Just got a post‑call survey from Lloyds Bank, mate.
I’ll admit it’s a customer survey, but Lloyds should give a longer window before calling – I was still on the line with them, so I couldn’t reply, mate.
I received a feedback survey from Lloyds Bank.
Received a voluntary customer satisfaction survey from Lloyds Bank, you know.
Having agreed to a Halifax customer service survey, I was called straight away by this number.
Seems a bit suspicious, mate.
Got a follow‑up from Customer Service after using Telephone Banking with Lloyds, Halifax and the Bank of Scotland group – definitely not a scam, you know.
After finishing a conversation with a Bank of Scotland adviser, I had opted into a survey; an unknown number rang immediately, likely the Lloyds/Halifax survey mentioned elsewhere, and I’m not inclined to answer an unidentifiable call.
I wonder why Lloyds would call us when we aren't their customers; there was no answer and no voicemail left, which makes me think the number has been cloned by scammers.
While still on a call with Lloyds, an unknown number rang stating a survey would follow within 15 minutes; I didn't answer because the caller ID was unfamiliar.
An automated survey from Lloyds/Halifax was received; it appears legitimate and not a scam.
I called on behalf of someone not residing here and they claimed to be RBS – flagged it as the last number to call, mate.
It turned out not to be a scam but my credit‑card provider's automated feedback questionnaire, which I had agreed to complete.
Please be aware this number is also connected to 0808 169 8787 - beware, also linked to Facebook.
Lloyds bank survey. No personal details are requested.
It's puzzling that this number would claim to be from Lloyds Bank when I've never been a customer
As I'm not a Lloyds customer, it's unclear why they would be attempting to contact me.
Everyone is mentioning in their comments that it’s Lloyds. However, why would they call me when I don’t even have a Lloyds account? It doesn’t make sense ..
Lloyds feedback after my account enquiry. NOT A SCAM.
This might be a callback from Halifax, which is part of Lloyds Bank.
This number is used by a group of scammers or time wasters who call from about 40 different numbers. They keep ringing for weeks and won’t take no for an answer. They’re the worst and should face legal action if caught.
The service from Lloyd Bank has been satisfactory 👍
