My card has been giving me grief for years; yesterday the password wouldn’t work, I reset it twice and now the account’s locked until a code arrives by post in five days. I was mid‑purchase when the card was declined, so I never knew if it went through. Now that the purchase is confirmed, I’m wondering if I’ve been charged multiple times because I tried three times. In short, the system’s rubbish – after 60 years with Lloyds I can’t fathom why the online banking is so terrible, mate.

I wonder why Lloyds would call us when we aren't their customers; there was no answer and no voicemail left, which makes me think the number has been cloned by scammers.
While still on a call with Lloyds, an unknown number rang stating a survey would follow within 15 minutes; I didn't answer because the caller ID was unfamiliar.
An automated survey from Lloyds/Halifax was received; it appears legitimate and not a scam.
I called on behalf of someone not residing here and they claimed to be RBS – flagged it as the last number to call, mate.
