I couldn't identify the caller since I was on a Google Meet during the call and missed it. My phone flagged it as a suspected spam call in the call log. It rang at 10:32 am today, but they did not call back or send a text. Based on the other comments regarding this number, I won't be returning the call and will block it instead. I recommend others do the same if they receive a call from this number as it's spam.
A representative from Claims Management contacted me, but when I asked for more information regarding the road traffic incident they implied I was involved in, they promptly ended the call; this behaviour suggests they are randomly targeting individuals in the hopes of finding someone who will fall for their scam, so it's advisable to be cautious.
