A call was received from this number, the caller claimed to be returning my call, however, I had only emailed BT. When I asked her to verify it was BT by providing my account number, she declined, prompting me to hang up.
The caller identified themselves as being from the BT Broadband Fault Service.
I got a call on my landline from someone asking for my BT account details, claiming to be from BT; however, I didn't provide any information, telling him to email his request instead, which he never did
scammers wont give details, they aske for my name and I responsed by asking why they need it since they should have my informations for a BT upgrade, dont divulge any informations
