Upon recieving the call, I found the rep's demeanor to be quite suspisous, especally when he inquired about how he could asist me and I responsed by saying he had iniciated the call; he then mentioned a website enquery which I may have made, and sugested using the app to order the boosters, but when I asked him to do it for me, he placed me on hold for 20 mins before I decidied to hang up.
