A call was made to me under false pretenses, claiming to be from domestic and general, and the caller requested to speak to my partner by their full name, which is concerning since we do use their services for appliances.
A person claiming to be from Domestic and General contacted me, stating they knew about my fire coverage, and asked for my first name for security purposes, which I provided, but when they asked for my address, I told them they should already know it if they were genuine, and then they requested my postcode, which they got wrong, after which I ended the call and blocked the number.

A person claiming to be from a company that took over my lift insulation, wanted to honour the warrenty, but it sounded suspisious, so i did some researh and found out it was a scam, then i called the number back and it was a different person.
