A polite person claimed to be from Sky. When we expressed dissatisfaction, he simply said "than you" and disconnected. Clearly, he didn't care about our concerns.

I said hello, but there was no answer, so I hung up straight away
The number 0800 479 0758, no caller ID which Sky have, claimed to be from Sky, actually Domestic and General who are domestic appliance insurers and repairer, i would not confirm my address so he hung up, they are insurance pushers
Initially, the conversation seemed to be about Sky Q products, but it eventually became apparent that the call was actually from Legal and General regarding appliance protection, requiring me to firmly decline their offer and question whether my refusal was acknowledged.
A caller claiming to be from Sky contacted me, but provided incorrect information, including my name, and requested confirmation of my full name and address, which I refused, leading them to offer to confirm my Sky account number, before ending the call when I declined.

During the call, a male with a distinct english accent claimed to be a representive of SKY, discussing my account, he became pushy and refused to back down even when I stated I would not discus it over the phone, eventually I had to end the call.
