After responding with 'wrong number' and terminating the call, it became apparent that this could have been a cold call, an honest mistake, or a phishing attempt, given that my number is not listed and I have no affiliation with Virgin Media.
An individual claiming to be from Virgin Media requested address information and hung up when declined, which is unprofessional behavior for an official representative.
