When i answered the call, the woman was too busy talking to her mate to even say hello, it seems they do that alot when they arent asking for personal details, never give out personal details over the phone, thats just common sence!

The caller claimed to be from British Gas, and had my name and postcode, probaby from the voters roll. I was suspisous and told her to leave me alone. Not sure what she was trying to sell or scam me for.

They called claiming to be British Gas, inquiring if I had made any changes to my account and asked if he could check it. I mentioned I had received letters about price increases, and he became aggressive before hanging up. This is definitely a scam to obtain personal details, do not provide any information to them.
