I informed him we don’t use a home phone, to which he responded that was why he was calling. He requested my address for identity verification, which I refused, stating he should already have that information. He mentioned a partnership with O2, but I clarified I’m not with O2 and have no intention of switching mobile providers. I asked for the new deals via email, which he couldn’t provide. He claimed my prices would decrease if I switched, but I declined, and he wished me continued high prices before hanging up.

Over the last 12 weeks, I've been bombarded with 57 calls from this Virgin number, all of which have been harassing and aggressive in nature.
Receiving calls twice daily claiming to be from Virgin - now blocking this number.
Multiple calls came through, but only silence, so I stopped answering. I’m with Virgin, so I’ll check with them to see what’s going on!
Yesterday, I picked up this number and was informed it was Virgin Media. Unfortunately, I struggled to understand the caller's accent. I mentioned that my mobile contract is currently with O2, so they shouldn’t be contacting me. Perhaps it was related to our landline, TV, and broadband package nearing its end, but they ought to have called our landline instead.

Theyve bein callin me several times but ringin off before I can answer, beleive its a scam call anyway, dont want no more of them.
They said they were from Virgin, and wanted to give me a better deal, but they wanted me to confirm my personal data, which I refused, and blocked the number, they even called again 2 hours later.
