Sounds like the calls are pretending to be from Virgin Media and keep ringing despite blocks. The pattern is classic spoof‑scam: they use a familiar brand name, ask for personal details, and hang up when you push back. To protect yourself, let the call go to voicemail, never confirm any info, and add the number to your phone’s block list. Report the nuisance to your carrier and to the national fraud hotline, and alert Virgin Media directly so they can flag the spoof. Consider a call‑filtering app that flags suspicious inbound numbers and regularly review your blocked list.
