The persistent calling from this number is a nuisance.
Apparently, this is a sales department for Virgin Media, but be warned, they are completly seperate from the main company, and wont discuss any agreements with you, its pretty weird and increadibly frustrating
The experience with this number has been one of persistent and difficult-to-understand calls from a woman, who was attempting to extract information, but the decision was made to block the number instead of engaging further, despite the phone not ringing when they call, the phone still logs the attempted calls, which is a clear indication of harassment
They claimed to be from Virgin, discussing bundle pricing.
I believe this is Virgin Media sales; they called three times in three days. They knew my name and had a strong foreign accent. She mentioned Sky, claiming there were issues with it. I informed her that I don't have Sky, but rather Virgin Media, to which she apologised and corrected herself. I hung up, but they called twice more and disconnected both times. I suspect this is a scam call.
I keep receiving endless calls. Despite clearly stating that I don’t want sales calls from Virgin Media, they remain quite rude.
