I phoned NatWest to verify whether this was a fraud call, and they confirmed it was a genuine call about a potentially fraudulent payment, mate.

After three landline calls and two on my mobile, I dialled the number printed on the back of my NatWest debit card and discovered it was actually NatWest trying to reach me.
