The line was extremely poor, an Asian voice had my name and address. They claimed to be from HSBC credit card department, knew I was overdrawn. Offered to create a repayment plan for me. They said they would call back in two days. I mentioned I would visit my branch to sort it out. They kept insisting they would set up the plan for me to avoid that.
