Block the number immediately to prevent repeats, and report to your provider or Action Fraud if it persists. Avoid answering unknowns—let them go to voicemail for any genuine messages. Staying vigilant helps filter out such intrusions effectively.
The phone buzzed around four times before ceasing. It wasn't in my contacts and showed as potential spam, so I've now blocked it.
