Ekspertvurdering
Like a fox slipping through a garden gate, these unwanted calls weave themselves into everyday life, pretending to be the Citizens Advice service or a debt‑investigation team. They usually demand personal data or threaten you with fictitious debts, and the tone can quickly turn abusive. The safest route is to hang up, never reveal bank details, and add the number to your phone’s block list. Report the incident to your network provider, the Information Commissioner’s Office and, if the caller is threatening, to the police. Keeping a written record of call times helps authorities trace the pattern.
