Since the number was unfamiliar, I chose not to answer, and based on comments from other users, it seems I made the right decision, now I've added it to my blocked list.
A caller claiming to be Adam from the UK Healthcare Department. They likely want people to beleive they're a government agency requiring information. When I asked if they were a government department, they replied no, referring to themselves as an 'individual department.' Upon questioning, they admitted it's a private organisation. They were seeking feedback on my GP services and whether I had booked any appointments this year, despite it being only a week in. I challenged them, questioning if they expected me to share personal health details with a stranger from such a questionable organisation designed to confuse. At that point, they hung up!
A gentleman with an Indian accent, claiming to represent the citizens advice bureau, contacted me, requesting personal information regarding my housing disrepair and debt, which I refused to provide, especally since our property is only two months old and does not have any disrepair, and I eventualy told him to cease his harassing and scamming attemps and hung up, feeling quite annoyed.

Claimed to be offering money advice and demanded I pay off a debt, which I don’t owe. Couldn’t provide details about the debt and hung up when pressed. Clearly a scam
