A text message with a link requesting card details was sent, but I didn't complete it, and when I asked for a payment amount, none was provided, leading me to suspect a scam.
It claims to be jet2 and asks me to reply yes to add my card details, but I wont be doing that
They identified themselves as Jet2 concerning our refund, claiming our card had expired (which it hasn’t) and insisted on needing two cards for a refund for both individuals.
It seems jet2 contacted me to confirm changes in flight times, so I was expecting a call or text from them, which is why I knew it was them
