He called demanding I lick his bum; I refused, but when he offered wine I pretended to agree.
Identified as an Asian‑based fraud attempt.
An Asian‑accented voice pretended to represent the British Medical Association and asked about my COVID‑vaccine status. I told them it was a breach of privacy and that any legitimate contact would come via my GP or a mailed letter. The number resembled other recent scam calls, differing by one or two digits.
Obviously a scam, the caller claimed it was about a debt, but I wasn't having it and told them to leave me alone, totally dubious!

The caller, with a foreign accent, couldn’t be identified but asked if my COVID vaccinations were current. I replied that’s a matter for my GP, the line dropped, and I’ve blocked the number.
This appears to be a scam: the caller used an Asian accent, and after blocking one number, another rang with only a single digit changed, pretending to chase a debt. I recommend blocking and ignoring them – it’s appalling that data brokers target seniors and vulnerable people.

I didnt recognise the number so i answered but didnt say anything, there was no response from the other end so i blocked and reported it, probably a scam.
