Received a call from a man with a foreign accent who claimed to represent a medical firm; I told him using my first name was inappropriate, he called me rude, and I think he told me to f*** off—clearly needs customer service training.
A caller greeted me by name, saying they were from Crediton Claims about a debt I’m supposedly repaying. I have no debt – it was a scam, so don’t answer.

I informed him I’d reported the numbers to my provider and would involve the police if they continued. He became confrontational, asking what I could do.
