While I was abroad and in a deep slumber, whoever called must have heard an international dial tone! No voicemail was left, nothing at all. Just an irritating scam call that must be illegal. If I call them back, I incur a 23p connection fee and 16p per minute, totaling 49p. If they do this thousands of times, they’re profiting significantly. Now I’m in a foul mood because I’m furious and can’t return to sleep. I DETEST THESE PEOPLE.

I recieved a call from this number claiming to be from RSA claims, they said I was involved in a third party incident, but when I called back, I got an automated responce, which seemed suspisious

Confused about a call from RSA. They mentioned an accident I was supposedly involved in, claiming I was at fault. I haven't been in an accident or owned a car on the date they mentioned. They spoke of a witness, which has me thinking it's a scam since I know I wasn't involved.

Royal Sun Alliance (RSA) is the underwriter for MoreThan car insurance. I missed their call and upon calling back, I received a recorded message indicating they would reach out again if necessary.

The caller alleged to be from Police Mutual, requesting my bank account and sort code. When I called back, the number directed me to RSA Insurance.

The call was a waste of time, as it went dead after I answered. Upon researching the number and finding it associated with RSA, I decided to return the call, which resulted in an answering machine message stating that they would call back if necessary. Although not an ideal customer service model, it appears legitimate and preferable to dealing with scammers.
