A woman from The Cooperative Bank asked for my security details, but before I could refuse, she apologised and said she could see I'd visited my branch recently, I think she's from the credit card department, but I would never give out my security details over the phone, thats just stupid
The Co-op contacted me regarding an overdue credit card payment, which I had forgotten, and after calling back, they assisted in setting up a direct debit and waived the late fee.
I've reported this number to Co-Op bank, as it's not one of their numbers.
I didnt answer the call to my mobile, it appears to be a scam, I also recieved a text message from them the other day claiming to be the Coop bank saying I havent paid my credit card, its a scam
