If you get a call from +443454541111 it’s most likely someone claiming to be Virgin Media customer service. The number is often used for genuine support, but scammers also spoof it, especially when they reference complaints or account changes. Always ask for a reference number and call back on the official 150 line or the number on your bill before sharing personal details. Hang up if the caller is vague, asks for security info out of the blue, or leaves you with a silent ring‑back. Keeping a record of the call time and content can help you report fraud to Ofcom if needed.

Hung up after waiting
The caller claimed to be from O2, asking about our account issue, but when i questioned them, they hung up, and when i called back, it said they were from Virgin Media, clearly a scam, they knew we had an O2 account.
They claimed to be from the IT complaints department, which seemed suspicious.
Currently fixing an issue.
Receiving a call at 01:53am from this unknown number, which woke me up, has left me displeased, and the fact that no message was left, coupled with the unusual timing, heightens my suspicion, leading me to rate this as a negative experience
A call was placed, then disconnected after a few rings before I could pick up.
I was on hold for thirty minutes, stayed in queue, then the call dropped.
This number is O2 customer services, completely legitimate.
Virgin Media’s habit of calling without leaving a message is incredibly frustrating. When we call back to find out who rang, we’re met with a full menu of options, making it impossible to determine if it was a sales call or related to a previous service issue. Trustworthy callers shouldn’t hang up without leaving a message. Many of us now refuse to answer calls from unknown numbers, and reputable providers are partly to blame for the public’s complete mistrust of unsolicited calls. I’ve given this caller a neutral rating, but only because others have identified it as Virgin Media. In reality, without a message, this call was more harassing than neutral.
Following over an hour of disputing the amount they claimed I owed, the call was cut. Subsequently, an automated message warned that my broadband would be cut off unless payment was made.
This doesn’t seem legitimate. I suspect Virgin's data was compromised or sold. Likely an Indian call centre scam.
This individual's claim that he had spoken to my wife was utterly absurd, given that she passed away three years ago. His ignorance is staggering!
Upon answering, the caller claimed to be from Virgin Media Tech Support, only to terminate the call abruptly.
This is Virgin Media support.
Virgin Media, telecoms companey
Frequent disconnections resulted in a significant waste of time, as I had to redial repeatedly, only to be cut off again, and now I'm being told their systems are down, which is infuriating.
After renewing my VM contract, I got a call from this number checking if everything was fine. The woman insisted on security questions before continuing, so I hung up. Why should I share details with an unverified caller? They should prove their identity first.
Virgin Media Customer Service contacted me regarding a complaint, left a detailed voicemail, and sent a follow-up email as promised.
I rang 150 to report a complaint, but they hung up on me as I coudnt understand them, then I rang this number back, but they hung up after one ring, so it looks like they can show they tried to call me back, now I have to go through the hour long queue to speak to virgin again
I recieved multiple calls in quick sucessions, including some from a witheld number, with the caller claiming to be from Virgin Media; they enquired about wifi issues and offered to send wifi pods, which seems like a posible scam or an attempt by Virgin Media to trick me into a new 18 month contract, given that my service is due to be disconected in 3 days.
I had a appointment, but this number didnt seem relevnt to it.
After discovering my Virgin Media account had been compromised, I received a call from this number claiming to be from Virgin Media; I approached with caution and it appears legitimate.
After experiencing an issue with V/M email, I contacted them through 150. They called back on this number to fix the problem but disconnected before resolving it completely, and I was charged £6.80 for the call.
The caller claimed to be from 3mbl, but their inability to verify their identity and subsequent hang-up when questioned led me to conclude that this was a scam
virgin media custmer servise
Virgin media.
Received an early morning call at 3:45 AM on 3.9.23. The phone stopped ringing before I could pick up. It’s unclear why someone would call so early, possibly from another time zone, and the line dropped before any message could be left.
Following a call from this number, a text message was sent to confirm an appointment, purportedly from Virgin.
