This is a scam number, its a robocall... dont trust it, if your unsure just call the bank yourself and quote this number, simples!

The phone rang thrice in rapid succession on my landline at midnight, sounding like one continuous ring until I checked the call log. I chose not to answer, but it likely indicates a scam given the circumstances.

The caller claimed to be from MBNA, stating that I had accessed an online account and requested my PIN, suggesting I call another number if the request was not genuine, which raises suspicions of a potential scam, especially considering I am not an MBNA customer, and it is puzzling to see positive reviews for this number, as it seems unlikely that people would take the time to post about a legitimate call, which in itself is a red flag indicating a possible elaborate scam.

Having spoken to MBNA, they have confimed that this is indeed a scam, not their authenic number.

Do not answer. It's a fraudulent call claiming unauthorized access to your bank account. I contacted Lloyds and they confirmed this number isn't associated with their system.

Within a 15-minute span, an automated voice claiming to represent Lloyd's called three times, requesting a 4-digit pin to set up an account.

This is a SCAM – don't pick up! Block it. I spoke to Lloyds, and this isn't their number!
