Recently, a number very similar called and proved to be a scam, so I didn't answer this one, looked it up here, saw it reported, and blocked it.
Seems like a classic lottery scam – nothing more, mate.
An individual claimed to be from the National Lottery, asked about my lines and said I'd won ten lucky dips and a group entry; I told them I wasn't interested, hung up and blocked the number.
