This is the genuine Evri Customer Service line, mate. I've called several times about parcels. The latest call left a message, the enquiry was handled, only to discover Evri sent the package back to the sender after I asked for delivery to a parcel shop. Number checks out – not a scam.
I suspect these have scammed me.
The caller said they had a parcel from Evri that needed delivery and a charge, then asked for my bank details – I hung up because Evri never calls or requests money.
Never giving up, they keep trying, while Evri never calls or asks for any personal details.
Dialled this line, never got through. It’s the number listed on EVRI’s site, but I suspect it’s bogus, mate.
The number belongs to Evri Customer Service.
Looks like an Evri scam claiming I have a delivery that I haven’t actually received.
Contact details for Evri (previously Hermes) support, pal.
Got two messages – one from Royal Mail and another from EVRI – both saying they couldn’t deliver a package. Each contained a .xin URL, a Chinese domain. Best not to click any links, mate.
Received a text that screams spam if it pretends to be Evri. The .xin/gb URL flags it as a fake site, not a government one. Don’t click it. It claims a Living Allowance Payment Exception Notice, says my details aren’t available and asks to update via a link so DWP can pay my allowance. https://gov.ukbenefits.xin/gb – ignore, mate!
The name Evri.
Got a text claiming my parcel couldn't be delivered because the packaging was damaged and the address got lost, plus a link. Definitely a rip‑off since I never ordered anything, cheers.
A fraudulent SMS claimed my parcel was undeliverable due to damaged packaging and missing address details—odd they even had my number.
Fake EVRI parcel alert demanding address updates via a shady link within 12 hours – definitely a scam.
I've repeatedly received this kind of text scam and have now blocked the number.
Received a bogus text claiming an Evri parcel couldn't be delivered and directing to a fraudulent website.
Beware of a fake Royal Mail notice asking you to update the address via a suspicious link within 12 hours.
Received a fraudulent text claiming to be Royal Mail, saying a package was damaged and the address unreadable, with a link requesting personal details – confirmed as a scam
A scam alert – got a message about a Royal Mail parcel supposedly undeliverable due to damaged packaging and missing address; I hadn’t sent anything, so I ignored it
Both my partner and I got messages from this number yesterday pretending to be Royal Mail about a damaged parcel, but we ignored the links.
Spoofed Evri Parcelshop number suspected
