Upon answering, the caller asked how I was. When I inquired about her identity, she replied 'Sarah' and mentioned my housing repair issues. I informed her that I had no such problems, but she began listing various issues like damp and mould. I ended the call as it was clearly a scam.

Following a brief inquiry about my wellbeing, I terminated the call and blocked the number
rang severl times after I hung up each time and when I finaly answered an automated female voice said, "how are you" I hung up imediatly knowing it was a scam and have now blocked the number hoping not to be disturbed again
