Upon receiving a call, the person on the other end inquired about my damp situation, to which I replied that I had no idea what they were referring to; when asked for their identity, they claimed to be from social housing, but refused to provide a name or specify who they wished to speak to, eventually hanging up after I stated I wasn't affiliated with social housing
