At 17:15, I received a call. They claimed to be from TalkTalk and said they noticed I had visited their portal but had not chosen a package, which is untrue. Then they inquired about my current internet provider. RED FLAG! I'm with TalkTalk. Lost trust and ended the call immediately.
I received a call around 11 am from someone claiming to be from TalkTalk broadband, who took my details and promised to follow up.
