This is fraudulent. An Asian-accented caller warned my BT internet would disconnect in two hours. Told them I don’t use BT, but they listed other providers. Ended the call and contacted my broadband supplier.
Claimed to be from B.T. As soon as I hear those initials, I end the call.
A word of warning, this is a scam, dont be fooled, keep your anti-virus and malware software up to date, and always be cautious
Called around 9:20 - I accidentally pressed the wrong button, and the call ended. It seems I didn’t miss out on much. It's a nuisance having to interrupt what I was doing though.
They called and hung up after just a couple of seconds. Why call and disconnect when someone answers? Perhaps they are hoping to catch a confused elderly person? It's time to bring back stricter penalties for these criminals.

An individual with an Indian accent, claiming to be Ryan Williams from Tech Help Line, attempted to convince me of malicious activity on my computer, I played along, but he ended the call abruptly, quite ammusing really

Approximately a week ago, a man with an Indian accent contacted me, claiming to be from Tech Health, and stated that they were involved in computer software updates, but when I informed him that we only use iPads, he became agitated and ended the call, which I later discovered was likely a scam.
