Someone impersonating an O2 representative contacted me to discuss my billing, but I terminated the call, only to receive two text messages shortly after, supposedly from O2, providing a one-time code to access my online account, which suggests that these scammers are attempting to gain access to my account.

Earlier, I received a call that was declined by the other party just a few minutes ago.
Apparently it's a scammer
The caller claimed to represent O2, offering a 40% discount. When I challenged the call as a scam, he became abusive.
I received a call on my landline from a number claiming to be Virgin broadband customer services, but upon questioning, they hung up; it appears that my mobile account details may have been compromised, as I received a warning from O2 about potential phishing scams, prompting me to block the number.
The identity of the caller remains unknown.
They claimed to represent EE and were offering the best deals on my account, yet when I inquired about my name, they failed to respond. Quite amusing!
