The caller pretended to be from Sky offering help with my broadband. They said I was due compensation and then asked for access to my bank account. I realised it was a scam and hung up, but they called back multiple times in a row.

I recieved a recorded message stating, 'Thank you for calling your saving...' At that point, I ended the call immediatly.
A woman on the line asserted she was representing BT Open Reach regarding my internet service. After a few minutes, she disconnected the call.
A man alleged to be from BT called regarding my internet service. When I accused him of being a scammer, he turned verbally aggressive. I terminated the call, blocked the number, and reported it to Action Fraud.

Found the caller to be quite convincng, they claimed my PPI aplicaton from 2019 had been aproved and asked me to download the Iperius Remote Desktop app to recieve the payment, it all seemed legit at first so be carefull not to fall for it.
