Difficult to understand the caller's accent. They claimed to be from "Traffic Management" but later switched to "Accident Insurance Claim Services". When I asked why I couldn't find their website, she couldn't explain. She requested my bank details, so I asked for proof of legitimacy. She mentioned her office was at 9a Strawberry Field in Southampton. I checked the address on maps, and it appeared to be a house. I questioned if she worked from home, and she replied, "No, we work in the office at 9a Strawberry Field." I commented, "That's an unusual-looking office; it seems like a house," and we argued back and forth about whether it was a house or an office. I asked how they obtained my details, and she cited "the motor insurance buearu."
Upon looking up the number, my assumption that it was spam proved correct, and I've now blocked it

Despite their promise to remove my number from their list, they continue to call relentlessly. It’s become unbearable.
A woman calls daily, offering loans, utility assistance, and debt help. She repeatedly asks for my personal details, including my name, address, and phone number. She claims to represent IS TECH MERCHANT LTD and mentions her partner, Ali, as a co-owner.
Upon answering, they introduced themselves as traffic management, at which point I ended the call
