He rang back shortly after; I said it wasn't convenient and suggested calling post-5pm, then blocked 020 8058 1678. Next day, he called from +44 7359 565097 while I shopped. Told him I was unavailable, call ended. Just rang again on 15th April seeking application details. Asked for an email proving Vodafone affiliation. He said he'd disconnect, email, and call back. No email received yet
