Take heed: calls from +442079462079 are almost universally linked to a scam “Saigol Expert Guidance” operation that pretends to offer accident compensation. The callers use a thick foreign accent, demand confirmation of a non‑existent claim and often push a form or payment before any proof. Never disclose personal or financial details, and do not click links or sign documents sent by email. Register the number on the TPS, block it on your handset and report the incident to Action Fraud. Keep a record of the call time and wording – this helps authorities spot patterns and protect others.

Suspicion arose when I received a call from Smith Care Comfort roughly 18 months ago, claiming my mother-in-law and daughter were involved in a car accident; I provided minimal information, including an outdated email address, and upon investigating the email they sent, I discovered it was a scam and deleted it, noticing the mention of Saigol Expert Guidance, indicating they are one and the same entity, and since then, I've received over 100 calls from various numbers, which I've blocked each time, and I advise checking their website for proof of their unscrupulous practices.
After answering, I kept saying yes to all their questions, they eventualy realise it wasnt going to work and hung up...no more calls from them..for now.
Following their request to sign a document, I unfortunately clicked on it, but then refused to sign and told them to leave me alone when they called back.
It appears that Saigol Expert Guidance, based in London, has been assigned a new number, 0203519142, and all callers from this number are reportedly Asian and have been flagged by BT and Action Fraud, yet no action is taken until a serious incident occurs, which is alarming.
Constant calls from them are infuriating. This time, I feigned involvement in an accident to gather details. The woman claimed they were calling about a traffic incident. After I confirmed, she quickly transferred me to a male colleague. I asked him to spell the company name (Saigol) and questioned where they obtained my accident details—he cited the Road Traffic Accident Department. When I expressed frustration over their calls and denied being in an accident, he hung up.
Following an accident I recieved several phone calls from indivijuals claiming to be from an organisation that could assist me in obtaining compensation, they requsted my email adress and sent me a documant to sign, however I became suspisous when the sender's name did not match the organisation they claimed to represent
Saigol Expert Guidance, or so they claimed, contacted me stating I had been in an accident, but when questioned further, the caller became rude and hung up.
He claimed to represent Saigol Expert Guidance and was calling from London. After I mentioned that there was no such company listed in the UK, he abruptly disconnected the call.
They keep harassing me. When I've spoken to them, they've been very rude. They also keep sending me emails.
For over a year, I've been subjected to relentless harassment from this number, which constantly changes a digit, making it difficult to block, and appears to be a scam aimed at opening an email to potentially infect my computer.
A blatant phishing attempt.
Segoul Expert Guidance was quite impolite. The caller had either a Bangladeshi or Pakistani accent. I have reported this to Action Fraud.
