Seagull Expert Guidance scam calls – how to stop them! - +44 20 7946 2067 (020 7946 2067)

Opinión del experto
Block the number and log the complaint with the Telephone Preference Service. These calls are automated scams pretending you’ve been in a car accident, often using the name Seagull Expert Guidance to sound legitimate. They will hang up if you challenge them, then call again from a slightly different number. Keep a record of each call, use call‑blocking features on your phone, and report the numbers to the TPS and Action Fraud. Avoid engaging with the script – a simple “I’m not interested” followed by hanging up is safest. Regularly update your block list and consider a third‑party call‑filtering app for extra protection.

They've been persistently calling me for over a year, which is driving me crazy. Each time I block their number, they ring me from a different one. The voice is always the same high-pitched girl, and she keeps altering her name.
Just like everyone else, a seagull. It's an automated voice, not even a real person.

Following a call from 020 7946 2183, I was greeted by a recorded message from a woman claiming to represent an organisation that sounded similar to seagull expert guidance, after which the line became distorted and the call ended abruptly. I've been receiving multiple calls from numbers with the 0307 946 prefix, all of which have been quite similar, prompting me to block each number, only for the calls to continue from slightly different numbers.
Today, they called claiming to offer seagull expert guidance... SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Seagull Expert Guidance - unsolicited call about a fake accident I supposedly had. I told them to remove my number, but this is the second time they've called, each time from a different number. Extremely frustrating!
It's puzzling whether these individuals are exempt from Ofcom's TPS regulations.
