On 19th June at 12:46, recieve a call and the answer machine pick it up, but no message was left, so it's probly not a legit call

Even after informing him multiple times that my landline is registered with the telephone preference scheme and that his company must verify their calling list against the TPS, he continues to call back days later. When I attempt to return the call, either it's unavailable or an 'incorrect number'.
