Assuming this number is associated with Deliveroo, as per the comments, I had ordered food from them, which arrived over an hour ago without any issues, but then I recieved a call stating the driver was outside, but couldn't reach my location, which was confusing, and when I expressed my confusion, they hung up, not very helpfull.
