Expert Opinion
Take care when receiving unexpected calls from +442038300040. Verify the caller's identity before disclosing personal data; request a reference number and cross‑check it on the official Evri website or in a tracking email. Genuine delivery services seldom ask for full addresses or banking details over the phone. If the conversation feels hurried or the representative cannot provide verifiable information, politely end the call and flag the number to Evri's fraud team. Record the call details – time, name given, and any reference codes – to aid later verification. Review privacy settings regularly and consider blocking numbers that repeatedly fail verification.

Evri customer care help me track parcel
Evri complaints team contacted
Following my enquiry about a missing parcel with Evri, I received a callback from an agent on this number and everything was resolved satisfactorily
This is a callback number from Evri's customer service team, which I had requested after submitting an online enquiry.
Numerous comments suggest this is Evri, but I doubt it. Why address me by my first name and request my address for a supposedly missing parcel? I never reported one, and when questioned, he couldn’t explain how he knew about it. I refused to share my address, as he should already have it. Only one company I use delivers via Evri, and I plan to report this to them. Evri can’t be contacted without a genuine tracking number. He claimed to be calling from Bolton but used a London number? Definitely a scam. Mark it as Red Dangerous.
Upon reviewing the voicemail from the initial call, I was pleased to hear the caller provide their name, reason for the call, and a promise to follow up with an email; notably, Evri accepted liability for their driver's mistake, supported by GPS tracking and proof of delivery.
This number is associated with Evri's customer service; I had been trying to resolve an issue with a missing parcel.
This is the customer service number for Evri
Received a call from 020 3830 0040, which I rejected as it wasn’t a recognised London number. They rang back shortly, and I answered. The caller claimed to be from Evri regarding a complaint I raised in the app two days prior. She addressed me by name, discussed some details of my complaint, and apologised. She requested confirmation of my address and the company name of where the parcel was from. She mentioned escalating my complaint
This is reportedly the customer service number for EVRI.

My attempt to discuss a non-delivered parcel with Evri was met with an unintelligible, automated message.
Evri's customer service is appalling, with staff allegedly stealing parcels and showing no regard for customers; it's undoubtedly the worst delivery company out there.
