After having two consecutive calls with background noise but no speaker, i looked at other peoples comments and i think it might of been The Prudential because i had just phoned them and been cut off after 27 mins, but ther's no way to know for shure
I had emailed Prudential and they called me back on a London number I didnt recognice, so I didnt pick up, but I checked here and saw it could be them, and sure enough, a voicemail came through and confimed it.
