Claiming to represent Virgin Media, they called, but I quickly realised it was a scam and hung up. They tried calling back, but I ignored it.
The caller claimed to be from Virgin Media, seeking to confirm my details, but I declined, and after informing them of my intention to switch providers, they ended the call
I've found this to be a genuine service, having recently received a renewal contract at a favourable price.
