A caller from India told me i needed a new SIM card because of the merger between Virgin Media and O2, when i said it was a scam they put me through to their 'manager'
Receiving a call from this number, claiming to be from 02, they attempted to convince me a new sim card was being sent, however, they failed to provide my account number when asked, so I hung up, it was obviouly a scam.
A polite man with limited English proficiency cautioned that my o2 SIM card would be erased. He stated he was from o2's Head Office.

Received another call today from a man with an Asian accent asserting we had spoken previously. My suspicion of fraudulent activity grew when the caller ID showed 'Fortitude'. He claimed my SIM would be blocked - I instructed him to proceed before terminating the call.
A woman with a pronounced accent claimed to be from O2, but her story did not add up as my SIM is registered with a different provider

After being contacted by this number regarding insurance, I engaged in conversation until they requested my bank details, at which point I terminated the call and attempted to call back, only to be greeted by an automated response with no company name provided, just a P.O. box number.
