This is the fourth automated message I've received this week, claiming my National Insurance number is blocked and requesting that I press 1 to speak with a case manager; the use of the term 'Law Enforcement Agency' is a giveaway that this is a scam, as it's an Americanism - scammers should at least attempt to use the correct terminology for the country they're targeting, and beware of huge premium rate fees if you interact with the call

Like others, I got a nonspecific call from a law enforcement agency, wanting me to press 1, but I didnt, and it took me 1 hour 15 minutes to try and report it as fraud, but the ActionFraud website is a nightmare, and the helpline had me on hold for 15 minutes, I dont think they really want to stop these scams.

It's not just the number 02034773011 that's involved in this scam, previouse numbers have been reported to the Police in several cities including London, Birmingham & Manchester, any oficial action will be comunicated in writing or in person, not over the phone, the longer you stay on the line the fewer peoples they can contact
