Claiming to represent EE, I quickly realised it was a scam since I'm not a customer of theirs. I decided to play along for a bit, as he attempted to sell me an upgrade or new contract. After wasting 20 minutes of his time, I finally revealed he was a scammer, which he denied before I hung up.
Claimed to be from EE, offering a discount and contract renewal, but seemed unaware of my current contract details.
