They rang me claiming my EDF direct debit was cancelled and tried to get me to set up a new payment over the phone. I recognised it as a scam, but others might not. It's best to block this number.
A scammer called me, asking for my personnal details, I didnt give them any information.
EDF is offering assistance to customers with pay meters who have low credit, which is what this call is about.
