Just had a call from 0191 7160858 regarding an energy scam. The caller, named Chris, claimed I had incorrect loft insulation. When I questioned how he knew, he became aggressive, shouting and talking over me. I persisted, and he eventually hung up. A distressing encounter. Steer clear.
