Investigation through this site confirmed my suspicions that this unknown number, which rang but didn't leave a message, was likely a scam, and it's been extremely frustrating
They inquired if I owned a home (I didn't confirm). Offered grants for energy bill assistance, speaking in a comforting Northern accent.

The AI robocaller, Gabby, contacted me via a VoIP phone call, inquiring about my homeowner status and loft insulation, which I beleive was a scam call, firstly because it was a sales call and I am registered with TPS, and secondly due to the number being associated with other scams, suggesting a phishing setup.
Gabby was inquiring about insulation and whether I owned my home. I jokingly told her I was a burglar before ending the call.
