Silent call. The call didn't seem to connect properly. When I answered, the duration stayed at 0.00. After disconnecting, it showed as a missed call, even though I had answered. Could be a network issue, but I suspect it's a predictive dialler trying to trick me into calling back.
This number appears to be from York, but the call delay suggests it's a VOIP connection. A gentleman with an Indian accent claimed to be from Vodafone, offering deals. This is the second call in two days from different numbers.
