A call arrived at our office this morning from someone asking to be put through to the boss. I told him we weren’t interested, the boss was too busy, and that he’d get no sales pitch. He hung up, called back immediately, and the boss mistakenly thought the call was being transferred, then complained that I was rude. He never requested a call, isn’t a client, and was just wasting our time – now blocked.
